1. Hygiene & Safety (No Returns) Due to the nature of our products—lip balms, roll-ons, and salves—we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for hygiene and safety reasons. All sales are final. This policy ensures that every customer receives a product that is fresh, safe, and untampered with.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders While we do not offer returns, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass roll-on) or you receive the wrong item:
Email us at support@ropobalmz.ca within 7 days of delivery.
Attach a photo of the damaged/incorrect item and your order number.
We will send a replacement or issue a store credit immediately at no cost to you.
3. Shipping Details
Order Processing
Every Ropo Balmz product is handcrafted and poured in small batches to ensure botanical freshness.
Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare and pack your order before it is handed off to our shipping partner.
Business Days: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We are proud to partner with Stallion Express to provide reliable and cost-effective shipping across Canada. By using Stallion’s network, we can offer premium tracking and delivery through carriers such as UniUni, ICS Courier, and Canada Post.
Ontario Orders: Generally, arrive within 2–5 business days after processing.
National Orders: Generally, arrive within 4–10 business days depending on your distance from our Brampton studio.
Shipping Rates: We offer flat-rate tracked shipping to ensure you never have any surprises at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Transparency is a priority for us. You will receive an automated email containing your Tracking Number the moment your shipping label is created.
Real-Time Updates: You can follow your package’s journey from our studio to your doorstep.
Please Note: It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to show activity after you receive your initial notification.
Free Shipping
We offer Free Tracked Shipping on all Canadian orders over $75.00 (calculated after discounts and before taxes). This option will automatically appear at checkout once your cart meets the requirement.
Taxes & Surcharges
HST: In accordance with Canadian law, a 13% HST is applied to all orders shipped within Ontario. This tax applies to both the products and the shipping service.
Residential Delivery: Our flat-rate shipping includes home delivery surcharges—there are no hidden fees beyond what you see in your total at checkout.
